To purchase our classes you will need to sign up to our booking system (StudioBookings).

Meet the trainers

Sofija

Sofija has been in the health and wellness space for over 20 years as an accredited Clinical Pilates Instructor, Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Health Coach, and has always valued movement to go hand in hand with inner well-being.

 

Sofija also teaches Yin Yoga classes in our Studio.

Katie

Jemma is a dedicated Pilates instructor who’s all about boosting mobility and keeping injuries at bay for life!
 

Passionate and personable, she loves connecting with her clients,
Jemma’s supportive
vibe will keep you motivated and smiling. She creates dynamic classes that make movement enjoyable and accessible for all abilities.

Katie thrives on the community energy of teaching Refomer Pilates classes. The most rewarding part of teaching is that movement clients leave with a big smile on their face after they've just put in 110% into their workout. Her classes are typically strength-based with a dynamic blend of balance and mobility work to keep things fun, challenging and effective.
