Meet The Team

Jemma
Jemma is a dedicated Pilates instructor who’s all about boosting mobility and keeping injuries at bay for life!
Passionate and personable, she loves connecting with her clients,
Jemma’s supportive
vibe will keep you motivated and smiling. She creates dynamic classes that make movement enjoyable and accessible for all abilities.

Magdalena
Magdalena has over 20 years of international experience in mindful movement.
Magdalena loves how Pilates creates both strength and softness, building a stable core while inviting flow, balance, and body awareness
.
What inspires her most is seeing how even the smallest, most precise movement can transform the way people feel in their body and mind.

Issie
Issie is passionate about empowering clients to feel fit and strong, leaving the studio feeling better than when they entered.
She strives to create classes available to all levels, and push clients to the best of their abilities. Her favourite classes are dynamic and strength based, whilst maintaining a deep mind-body connection.
Eneida
Eneida is a movement teacher with over 30 years of experience working with the body.
Eneida has been teaching Pilates since 2000, with training in both classical and contemporary methodologies, and extensive experience in postural education and rehabilitation.
Her work has an intuitive approach that honors the connection between body, nervous system, and awareness. Grounded, subtle, and deeply respectful of each individual’s process — not focused on fixing, but on supporting the body’s natural capacity to regulate, restore, and transform.
Eliza
Eliza is trained in both classical and contemporary methods on the mat and reformer.
Her movement journey began with weightlifting and running, and gradually evolved into yoga and meditation, which she now practices daily. She got naturally drawn to Pilates, where she found a balance of strength, control, and mindfulness that brought all of these elements together.
Eliza’s classes combine strength with softness, focusing on mindful movement, breath, and helping clients feel more connected to their bodies.
