Kundalini Yoga

 Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice known as the yoga of awareness. It is a technology, a sacred science that works on the entire system incorporating Mantra, Pranayama (controlled breathing) and Asana (posture). 

Kundalini Yoga is a Raj Yoga , which calls the student to verify realisations through their own experience, strengthening the nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow, restful style that uses long-held poses and gentle stretching. It focuses on deep connective tissues and encourages calm, stillness and mindfulness. A perfect place to slow down and turn your attention within.

Hatha

Hatha Yoga with elements of Yin 

This class focuses on building gentle strength and flexibility while supporting mobility, posture and nervous system regulation.

The main goal is to help participants release physical tension, improve body awareness and create a sense of balance between effort and relaxation.

Vinyasa Yoga

"To place in a special way"

Vinyasa yoga is a flowing style of yoga where movement is linked with the breath. Classes are usually dynamic and  active, with poses moving smoothly from one to the next creating a rhythmic slow-flow.

Enhancing flexibility, mobility and peaceful well-being.

Aquarian Sadhana

is a 2h30m kundalini yoga practice that includes reciting the

Japji Sahib, Kundalini Yoga and

Aquarian Mantras.

Through its connection with Sat Nam Studios and the Studio owners’ deep calling to offer  yoga, Poinciana Pilates offers yoga classes with the intention of genuinely supporting the community while cultivating positive energy, awareness, consciousness and a welcoming space for all.
